Security Analyst – Blue Team is part of our Information Security Department who is responsible for cyber attacks. On a daily basis, our Blue Team will continuously detect, analyze, investigate and prevent any security incidents. Blue team member must able to understand each of development’s phases in order to pre-screening the potential threat and weakneses before release to the public. FinAccel is looking for Senior Backend engineers to join their R&D center in Jakarta, Indonesia. The team is responsible for developing new product functionality for Kredivo, build scalable services and tools using open source frameworks/cloud infrastructure and integrate machine learning models for real-time credit scoring and fraud detection. Candidates should have strong background in developing scalable microservices using event driven architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement backend services for various FinAccel lending platforms like Kredivo.
  • Work with the Product, Business and Sales teams to gather and understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Write high quality, maintainable code.
  • Own parts of the system and continuously work to improve them in an agile environment.
  • Benchmarking, load testing, diagnosing problems and helping create solutions.
  • Research and implement modern frameworks and technologies for back-end systems.
  • Participate in design discussions, reviews and propose/implement solutions to technical problems and challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience
  • Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Computer Science fundamentals
  • Strong logical and innovative thinking, troubleshooting skills and diagnostic intuition, able to assess the business needs and reflect the value into the product design
  • Experience working on one of follow programming language: Python, Golang or C++
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and event driven programming paradigm
  • Proficient in HTTP, Web Services, OAuth and Restful APIs
  • Familiar with Linux environment

  • Proven communicator with technical teams, clients and senior stakeholders

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement Machine Learning pipeline infrastructure, including but not limited to: ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) of raw data into model features and building platform to automate ML training, testing and maintenance.

Job description:

  • The Risk Analyst leverages data to identify key risk indicators and potential risk factor within the underwriting process and provide actionable insight to mitigate the potential risk that may arise.
  • The day-to-day task of Risk analyst can include the following (but not limited to):
  • Creating ad-hoc report, monitoring and analysis to aid management on risk decisions
  • Daily review on key risk indicators and identified potential risk factor if any
  • Identifying fraudulent activities and provide necessary solutions to stop the gap
  • Participate on new product launch, policy change implementations and process changes

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with GPA minimum 3.0 (out of 4.0)
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as Risk Analyst, MIS analyst or data analyst in a financial sector
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel are required. In addition, mastery in other database management software will be highly appreciated.
