This role will require you to perform multiple responsibilities:

  1. Hiring and Onboarding
    1. Hiring: Manage hiring processes for scaling up Kredivo offline sales promoter team from 300 to 1000 people by Dec 2022. This involves building identifying new recruitment channels and streamlining the current hiring process to improve hiring efficiency

    2. Onboarding: Build processes to manage onboarding program for the new SPGs to improve sales performance

    2. SPG placement: Work closely with the offline sales and data science teams to build a data-driven framework for optimal SPG placement across offline merchants to maximize sales performance

    3. Collateral Management: Work with offline merchant account managers and sales team to ensure proper placement and monitoring of offline collateral to maximize Kredivo’s visibility in offline stores

  4. Quality Assurance and Fraud Management
    1. Quality Assurance: Scale up QA team processes to support SPG team and introduce best practices and tools to ensure that customer experience in offline channel is optimized

    2. Fraud Management: Work with risk team to setup proper fraud monitoring and lead initiatives to mitigate any deficiencies identified

About the job:

  • Advise the relevant stakeholders on all stages of the any corporate actions and companys funding scheme, including any general and strategic corporate matters, financing scheme cooperation (e.g. channeling, joint financing and loan) and fundraising, as well as combined analysis against various regulatory requirements related to the implementation of any corporate and financing or funding matters.
  • Advise and support the relevant stakeholders with legal advice/legal assistance on the general corporate and financing scheme of the group company, involving onshore and offshore parties as well as highly credentialed financing partners, including any agreements drafting and review.
  • Advise and support the relevant stakeholders to provide legal analysis as well as conduct negotiation process across corporate and financing matters and act as a principal contact for any business initiative across corporate and financing work area.
  • Providing legal support in a range of legal matters including company secretarial, including legal administrative filling, submission, and/or reporting of legal data.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to legal requests & regulatory advice from the relevant stakeholders and advise on recommended courses of action.
  • Developing legal precedents in line with the legal, regulatory, and corporate environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, ranging from BI and OJK regulations to company administration.

About you:

  • Bachelors Degree in Law and a minimum of 5 years experience as a corporate lawyer at a reputable private practice firm and/or in-house legal practitioner (desirable), with at least 2 years experience supporting a wide-length general corporate matters, strategic project and financing and/or lending activities of the company.
  • Experience in in digital banking and/or payments a strong plus.
  • Strong legal drafting skills and experience reviewing and negotiating persuasively with third party audiences, such as banks and external counsels.
  • PERADI certified (desirable).
  • Competence as a lawyer; ability to manage workload and work with a small team of lawyers in a dynamic environment.
