  1. Hiring and Onboarding
    1. Hiring: Manage hiring processes for scaling up Kredivo offline sales promoter team from 300 to 1000 people by Dec 2022. This involves building identifying new recruitment channels and streamlining the current hiring process to improve hiring efficiency

    2. Onboarding: Build processes to manage onboarding program for the new SPGs to improve sales performance

    2. SPG placement: Work closely with the offline sales and data science teams to build a data-driven framework for optimal SPG placement across offline merchants to maximize sales performance

    3. Collateral Management: Work with offline merchant account managers and sales team to ensure proper placement and monitoring of offline collateral to maximize Kredivo’s visibility in offline stores

  4. Quality Assurance and Fraud Management
    1. Quality Assurance: Scale up QA team processes to support SPG team and introduce best practices and tools to ensure that customer experience in offline channel is optimized

    2. Fraud Management: Work with risk team to setup proper fraud monitoring and lead initiatives to mitigate any deficiencies identified
