We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager for Kredivo, Indonesia’s first fully online and automated installment financing solution. Kredivo is a breakthrough financial product — an instant credit card for ecommerce, without all the hassles of a traditional credit card. Your job as Associate Product Manager is to take on the responsibility for building a product that customers love!

Role Overview:

  • Assist Product Manager in doing the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
  • Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis

Job Qualifications

  • Passion in software engineering, product, organization, and people development

Position Overview
FinAccel is currently seeking a Risk Policy Manager who is highly motivated, flexible in their approach and experienced in the financial institution industry in previous roles where risk management was a vital component to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing establishment of risk policy and governance function
  • Develop or update risk policy and process documents, to ensure business needs, risk developments,and  regulatory updates are met and maintained
  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of Risk policy application across FinAccel, to confirm quality conformance to policy and process terms
  • Assist risk management and related functions in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as suggesting potential improvements
  • Analyze and investigate risk complaints or reported quality issues to ensure policy / process failings are understood and recorded.
  • Provide training and support to risk team on updates to policies and procedures
  • Documents quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits

Security Analyst – Blue Team is part of our Information Security Department who is responsible for cyber attacks. On a daily basis, our Blue Team will continuously detect, analyze, investigate and prevent any security incidents. Blue team member must able to understand each of development’s phases in order to pre-screening the potential threat and weakneses before release to the public. In addition, the incumbent must have a passion for learning and proactively develop themselves within the ever-growing startup company like FinAccel.

Last but not least, this incumbent will collaborate with the pentester (red team) in developing strategies to minimize security risks in infrastructure or/and applications owned by FinAccel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Able to identify and analyze threat (both on infrastructure and application).
  • Able to detect, analyze, and investigate security incidents.
  • Determine the requirements needed to build security monitoring tools.
  • Able to understand each of development’s phases in order to pre-screening the potential threat and weaknesses before release to the public.

Qualification:

  • Experience working in security for red team or blue team for at least 2 years, most favorably in startup working environment.

We are looking for SEIT Engineer to join engineering team to develop and configure test automation networks on our apps and execute stability and performance test. The chosen candidate will be the one who has both grit and good technical exposure in SEIT field.

The team is responsible for developing new product functionality for Kredivo, build scalable services and tools using open source frameworks/cloud infrastructure and integrate machine learning models for real-time credit scoring and fraud detection. Candidates should have strong background in developing scalable microservices using event driven architecture.

FinAccel is looking for Tax Senior Manager that will be responsible for all aspects of taxation and statutory reporting and compliance. Ensure processes including recording and recognition of transactions are in accordance with local tax rules and IFRS.

Job Description:

  • To address and solve any tax issue related to finance operation such as merchant daily transaction, new onboarding of merchant, reviewing agreement of merchant related to tax
  • To review reconciliation of VAT/income taxes and equalization of Tax base/DPP between commercial and fiscal prepared by tax supervisor
  • To review and approve Monthly Income Tax Payment and Return of article 23/26, 4(2), VAT and 21 (if needed)
  • To review DGT form submitted by Lenders/Foreign Vendors up to creation of E-SKD in DJP Online
  • To review reconciliation of VAT/income taxes and equalization of Tax base/DPP between commercial and fiscal prepared by tax supervisor
  • To prepare and review Corporate Income Tax return, fiscal reconciliation, monitor Debt to Equity Ratio, Nominative List of Promotion/Receivable Write-off or any tax exposure need to be monitored
  • To prepare TP Documentation both Local/Master File and file CBCR notification
