FinAccel is a fun, fast growing company with lofty ambitions. Starting with instant ecommerce financing, we are on a goal to disrupt unsecured lending in Southeast Asia, one of the fastest growing economic regions globally. Our first product, Kredivo, which integrates at merchant checkout, qualifies ecommerce buyers for instant ecommerce purchase financing at rates, which are much lower than consumer finance companies. We do this by using breakthrough technology and science to unlock unprecedented insights about credit risk and fraud from multiple data sources: phone, social networks, telco, financial and location data.

  • Lead the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
  • Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
  • Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Conduct what-if/pros and cons analysis;
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
  • At least 2 years of experience as a product marketing or product manager in a startup environment
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development

  • Plan and execute all paid display, social media, and email advertising campaigns for Kredivo's web and Android app
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • PPC Advertising - In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Quora and more), and content distribution and placement networks like Outbrain and Taboola.
  • Email Marketing: Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, drip campaigns and marketing automation.
  • Analytics & Optimization - Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, A/B testing and Google Analytics to measure impact of all marketing activities
  • Data: Familiarity with designing integrations for data flows and writing SQL queries for data analysis
  • Creativity & Design - Have a creative mind to leverage different aspects of the product to ideate and create creative content and campaigns
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience in running paid advertising campaigns
  • Expertise in using Google/FB Power Editor and 3rd party optimization tools such as AdEspresso, etc
  • Familiarity with retargeting technologies and use cases
  • Must be data-driven and possess strong analytical ability to discover trends and insights
  • Must possess strong communication skills

  • Work experience in a high-growth startup (preferably ecommerce)

The Data Analyst analyzes high frequency transaction data and user behavior to identify fraudulent/ high risk transactions as well as improve business processes and systems to prevent such transactions from happening in future. The roles and responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):

  • Generate additional insights by analyzing transaction and user behavior patterns
  • Work closely with engineering and data science team to codify these insights into the existing fraud monitoring systems and business processes
  • Tracking and reporting fraud related fraud related metrics to aid top management decision making
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with GPA minimum 3.0, preferably in quantitative subject (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Risk Analyst/ Fraud Analyst/Business Analyst in financial or ecommerce sector preferably.
  • Excellent analytical skills. You need to be comfortable with data – Analyse it, question its validity, interpret it, and develop recommendations based on it
  • Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in excel required
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Conversational ability in English required
Roles & responsibilities:

Skills & qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or IT
  • Expert understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript
  • Good understanding of AngularJS or any other frontend framework
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
  • Solid understanding of code versioning tools (GIT)
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator / LESS / SASS is a bonus
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deliver and maintain mobile applications across multiple devices, primarily on Android solutions
  • Improve code quality and sustainability by keeping abreast of new technologies and development trends
  • In charge of ensuring safety of mobile platform and in compliance with corporate risk and security standards
  • Provision of support in development of mobile projects and devising solutions to potential issues
  • Identify areas for process and tool improvements and drive them from conceptualization to implementation
  • At least a Diploma in Computer Science or relevant function
  • 2 years of hands-on programming in Android Studio, or Java, JSON
  • Experienced with integration with Web Analytics Tools, SDK Tools, Retrofit
  • Experienced in iOS development is BIG plus
  • Excellent programming and trouble-shooting skills

  • Plan, organize and deliver graphic related projects on time and according to guidelines and standards.

  • Provides proper communication with vendors through detailed design documentation.
  • Manages the development of all printed and online materials relating to product development and assist in the same for marketing and branding needs.
  • Participates in brainstorming exercises with cross-functional teams to develop ideas.
  • Ensures graphical consistency across all printed and online materials from development until printing / production.
  • Be hands-on and handles project directly including digital imaging, layout design and prototyping.
  • Keeps up to date on current trends in packaging technology & design movements.
